This buffalo was lumbering through the woods in search of another male. He sounded just like the early settlers described them - they make a loud wuffing sound like a steam locomotive.

Bantam chickens
These Bantam chickens were busy trying to find a nice cosy nesting site, and were checking out all the little holes and depressions in the barn yard.

I saw these antelope one day in the fall, during rutting season. I watched this buck loose a fight for dominance and I snapped a picture as he was was running back to join the rest of the herd.
